MSR Technology primarily provides digital and IT-related services including (but not limited to):

  • IT Consulting

  • Technical Support Services

Since most of our services are digital and customized in nature, returns are generally not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made twice due to technical error

  • Service was not initiated within the agreed timeline due to our fault

  • Project cancellation request is made before work has started

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • The project has already started

  • Work has been completed and delivered

  • Delay is caused by lack of client communication or required materials

  • Change of mind after approval of quotation or agreement

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • If cancellation is approved before work starts, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

  • If the project is cancelled after partial completion, payment for completed work will be deducted and the remaining (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees

  • Hosting charges

  • Third-party software licenses

  • Government fees or compliance charges

  • Custom development work once delivered

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to payments or refunds, clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.
